- 2 RAILS and 8 HANGER TABS INCLUDED - (Check the package for a small transparent bag containing the clear tabs) Each tab features a 1/4 inch hole. The eight transparent hanger tabs offer additional stability for the upper rail, can be used to secure the bottom rail to the wall, or allow you to split the rails in half for two sets of 24" rails. The rails can be trimmed to your desired length using a fine-toothed hacksaw. Ensure to close the rails before cutting, and use a file to smooth any rough edges afterward. (Avoid using scissors or an X-ACTO knife, as they are ineffective for this task).
- MANY USES -for hanging large world maps, vinyl signs, heavy duty laminated maps, card stock, paper, chart posters, cloth banners, classroom maps, flags, commercial advertising posters or signs, thick photo posters, large wall calendars. Can be used with paper up to max of 1/16" thick. Will securely hold soft, flexible or slippery surfaces (Does not work with 1/4" foam board because it is too thick.)
- IMPORTANT 1. Rails close much easier when paper/fabric is inserted. Try closing them with a regular piece of paper inserted to see how they work. 2. Slide hanging tabs into top groove first before snapping the rail closed, as they are hard to get in once the rail is closed. They also become harder to slide when the rail is closed which is important so they stay in the correct position once your poster is hung. The tabs can be repositioned even after the rails are closed.
